I make work which is full of images that are personal to me, in the hope that others will see something of their own lives. I think of my work as telling stories, giving away secrets, possibilities for discoveries. Boxes can hold ideas, dreams, memories as well as they can keep safe souvenirs, goods, "things you can touch". Treasure chests contain plans for the future, as well as riches from the past.
