My work tries to please through humour and absurdity, using toothbrushes for most of the time. My public commission works have all been figurative but in a cartoon form ­ gangly, ill­proportioned and genderless. The ceramic toothbrushes available through Hayvend were made as game playing pieces for an interactive sculpture where the viewers were able to play a bathroom version of the board game "Risk".
