"CHAMELEON"
"Several painted canvases, on the walls, ceiling and floor, sealing
in and creating a fantastic space. The chameleon is myself, with clothes,
face, arms and exposed parts of the body painted the same as the backdrop.
The chameleon is the artist's desire to see the imaginary world come
to life. As a child, the artist believed in the imaginary work created
for herself, and desired to become an artist. But that world is in
collapse, she ceases to believe in it, she is no longer gullible." |
