The Dialogues Festival and The International Festival of Experimental and Performance Art are biannual and are held each summer, in alternating years, at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall in the centre of St Petersburg, Russia.
The festivals gather together artists from many different countries as well as Russia, and on this site you will be able to see a selection of these artists and their work
