New recipe for Mute magazine's 5th birthday party

We tweaked the recipe slightly for Mute magazine's 5th birthday party on 21st December 1999. Less 'rice pudding', more Creme Anglaise. Smart!

Thanks for all the positive feedback we gained for the project and those who raved about the revived recipe, "Grazie mille!"
