previous ABSTRACT MACHINES.

When a priest tells the happy couple that they are now "man and wife" he is operating an abstract machine. So many things in life are what they are because we say so, and along with the name goes a function. The passage to "married" from "unmarried" is a piece of magic that we all agree on rather like the passage from "telephone" to "blob".

It's possible to give a name to a fictitious institution which has a real function. After creating such an abstract machine we proceed to create a point of annunciation which transmits meanings which feed back to form aggregates of abstract machines.

Remember; things are not travelling along in straight straight lines anymore, they travel in burrows which interconnect, you might dig into someone elses burrow without realising it, it may be furnished with the most fantastic things you've ever seen. You might alight on an unfamiliar flower. But we must be sure that we make an escape passage or route onto another plane.
