Commissions: Community Arts

The first Cramley Carnival will be taking place in August and the theme will be "The enhancement of life." The Arts in Action Unit will work in conjunction with the Floats Committee in gathering together proposals which will approach the issue of "Strategies through which humankind can transcend conflict".

This will give artists a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with other practitioners and with the borough's Afro-Caribbean community.
