What have we here..? In 2005 did take W.D.Drake in my bus to Brighton to see Cardiacs at Concorde2 (foul name for a top notch venue) and captured this filth which you can now get in thin or fat video versions. Also portable Mp4 versions of 'Maresnest' video are now ready for your eyes. Youtube users have recently established a 'cardiacs' group to celebrate the recent gush of video material both ancient and modern including some great animations and live clips. Try the tallbastard channel... Some images from reading festival 1986 where 'Rude' was bootlegged. Cassette Cover art of Cardiac Arrest LP - 'Obvious Identity' 1979 Cassette Cover art and Realmedia versions of Toyworld Cassette Cover of 'The Seaside' LP and realmedia versions of the threetrack VHS 'Seaside Treats' A "cardiac arrest ep" from 1979 t first ever vinyl outing sBus on a bus for a bus' on Torch records tor02.... and Maresnest by Nick Goodman 1985 and .....and... Clearing my residence the other day I came accross these valuble items.. in some disarray.. both Issue one and two of 'Peter and Spot the Dog' a foul spidery comic by t & j.smith. They have now been refurbished and are represented for your pleasure here only. John Peel never invited cardiacs for a BBC Radio One session but did have Sea Nymphs over the once! Mark Radcliff recorded two cardiacs sessions for Radio One, Listen to part one then....try part2
To our great delight Cardiacs revisited material 1977-1983 for three nights at the Garage in London from which The Special Garage Concerts Vol I and 2 have been released.. Hoorah! The video versions i call Mishmash recall at least two of those nights.. will be back up soon. Several video promos were made between 1985 and 1994 and these listed clips have been taken from vhs copies in my basement.. could do with better copies to work from.. so if you have mint copies let me know.
